The Tiny Knickers Mocktail could be...

3 parts FLAT cola , 1 part strawberry juice, 1 part single cream, chilled and poured over ice. Garnish with strawberry slices or chocolate curls. Or be decadent and have both! (To make chocolate curls, put chocolate in the fridge or freezer, and using an old-fashioned potato peeler, firmly run blade down the chocolate.)

Beverley Kerry

Glass

Put roughly 1 teaspoon of elderflower cordial (available from Ikea) into a martini glass, top up with soda water and a squeeze of lime. Add a garnish of thinly pared lime peel or a lime wedge. This one isn't as sweet as some of the recipes - ideal for those who lack a sweet tooth!

Alternatively, make a healthy Bellini by mixing equal quantities of peach juice with Blaes O'Gowrie non-alcoholic sparkling drink. This is available from the Cairn O'Mohr winery in Perthshire, and is nicely packaged like champagne - the cork gives a very satisfying pop!
